Licensing

How the studio licenses.

Every photograph in the studio archive is available for licensing by enquiry. The studio works case by case with editorial, commercial, and institutional clients — quoted per project on a rights-managed basis, scoped to territory, media, duration, and exclusivity.

Every license is issued with a written agreement, an embedded digital provenance credential on the delivered file, and a named contact at the studio.

Editorial, commercial, and fine-art use are each priced individually. No stock library, no blanket rates. What you receive matches exactly what you paid for.

I.

Rights-managed, quoted per project.

Every license comes with a written contract naming the photograph, the licensee, the scope of use, and the duration.

II.

Written agreement, always.

Delivered files carry embedded Content Credentials — a cryptographic signature verifying artist authorship and unaltered origin. Protects both licensee and studio against forgery.

III.

Embedded provenance on every file.

At this stage of the studio, every license is negotiated directly with the artist. One point of contact from enquiry through delivery.

IV.

A named contact at the studio.
